Medical details you add (conditions, devices, allergies, medications) are stored to help clinics serve you. Your privacy settings control what is visible to others — you can hide your medical conditions and profile from the settings screen at any time.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used to operate the service: matching you with clinics, managing appointments, delivering notifications, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Sharing

Information is shared with clinics or suppliers only as needed to provide the services you request (e.g. booking an appointment), with service providers that host our infrastructure, and where required by law.

5. Retention & Deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request account deletion from the app settings or via our account deletion page; requests are reviewed and processed by our team.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), hashed credentials, and role-based access controls. No method of storage is 100% secure; we work continuously to protect your information.
